Municipality, Bhingri Bazaar, Pyuthan under CC TV camera surveillance
Under the program of Nepal police province no. 5, the CC TV camera has been brought into existence at khalanga Bazaar and Bhiṅgrī Bazaar.
With this, the whole area of Bhiṅgrī Bazaar has come under a strong surveillance. The monitoring is being done from the area police office, communication branch Bhingri, Swargadwari Municipality, Pyuthan.
The police chief DSP Mr.Nirmal Budathoki quotes
that with this installation the criminal and suspicious activities can be minimized
to the extreme and the public in the market area can feel consciously safe.
He says that
the cameras are fixed in the highly sensitive areas and the suspicious
activities can be monitored day in and day out from their office. This action
of Nepal police province no-5 will help a lot in bringing down the crime rate
and also easily nab the offenders. This will also add up the market security
management system to the next level.
The Chief
Inspector of Police Mr.Bhupendra Bhandari is confident that Bhingri Bazaar will
now be more managed and secure. He says that this was an utmost necessity which
had to be done immediately which has made the public feel safe.
According to
Mr.Bhandari the cameras has been fixed to a 360 degree angle near the areas of
Swargadwari gate, Primary health post and the area police office. They keep the
watch of the entire Bhingri Bazaar
This program
from the home ministry of Nepal had a budget of 15 lakh for Pyuthan district.
According to its tender details, DSP Nirmal Budhathoki said that the work was
completed at a cost of Rs. 12 lakhs. Under this program in Pyuthan district 6 cameras
at Khalanga Bazaar and 3 at Swargadwari Municipality-Bhingri Bazaar were
installed.
